@@TuttleScott hard to tell but to my eye it still looks like the parts go from totally unfinished when the plate is pressed on the bottom, to blasted when they are fed onto the belt at 7:10. Then they are blasted further in the belt fed blaster maybe?

I wouldn't use any pan with non stick it's toxic i use stainless steel stick to instructions works excellent

It's not that simple. If you don't overheat the pan and use it as intended the finished pan doesn't release any harmful chemicals. The issue comes from manufacturing the coatings where chemicals are used that can't be broken down by living organisms so it just accumulates through the food chain if it gets released into the environment.
