If i have client machine. Do I need to install Factor talk View studio to restore application and run client... Is this application manager a stand alone tool as well?

For HMI clients there is no need to restore anything because the FactoryTalk Directory is pointed to the HMI server. Restores are for HMI servers. It supports all Site Edition applications
