I love rippled stitch crochet projects. That Christmas cake you bought from the craft fair looks like perfection. The cake itself is beautiful. The packaging just elevated it. Ah, there's just something about putting those first gifts under the tree ☺️💖 Ooh, pretty gradients of the yarn advents! They gradiate perfectly! Oooooh somebody got a sparkly lobsterrrrrrr! Wonder who that could be? 😁🦞❤️‍🔥 very cute paper and LOVE the polar bear card! I ❤️ 🐻‍❄ I enjoy seeing the journaling, very good idea to keep track of projects! ✍️🏻 My family loves air fried "taters" (what we call them in southern America), especially seasoned with garlic salt, paprika, salt and pepper. Simple, but delicious! Brussel sprouts are good in the air fryer too, especially with McCormick Smokehouse Maple seasoning, yum! Adorable little cake! Love it! Excited for your practical mindset for the new year! I've been slowly adopting this as my small home is cramped and I find many things I do have end up getting wasted, so I will be listening to how you approach this in the new year. It may encourage me as I work through all my stuff and see it's value too!

Bubble and squeak is left over veg (eg from your Sunday roast dinner) fried up with onion and a bit of worcester sauce (waste not want not). It's lish but probably not the most healthy meal...Some versions have the veg in mashed potato. Called bubble and squeak because of the noise it makes when cooking (I think).

You are off for an outing with Becky? 🧶 I want to make 2025 a year of using what I have too. I buy beautiful things for crafting but then save it. But then see others beautiful things and it starts again. It is time to say to myself to pick projects and do beautiful things with it all. Share with others. It gives me a warm feeling inside. You must be so happy your daughter will be home Saturday. I noticed the Christmas Eve boxes you put under the tree. Growing up, we would get a pair of new pajamas on Christmas Eve. My mother never realized how much that meant to us until we kids were adults and missed getting our special Christmas Eve boxes.🧶❄️🎄
