Fah Fah! Djiboutian Soup!

It's looks good in Djibouti and Somalia we don't use teff flour in the enjera we sure normal wheat flour mix with fenugreek seed and we don't add yeast and leave it to rest 10 to 12 hours so it's not sour as the Ethiopian one. The soup look good also we add the soup cumin and coriander seeds.

Nice thanks I am from Djibouti but you are missing couples things in your fahfah, you are missing carrots and pumpkin and cumin powder and coriander ground but all over all it looks good.
