Depending on where you live there are areas with bird problems. The amount of bird poo build up is toxic. Plus it rots the tar/shingles because it's acidic. Hope this helps. I don't need it here but a few towns over they have a pigeon issue. They roost everywhere and once it rains it's everywhere and toxic

This is the problem when people don't know how to write proper contracts. I worked with my brother for many years and he rented and loaned people money and got screwed a lot of times. He is wealthy. I used to write contracts and spell everything out. Those same people would say, "well you brother does it with a handshake" my response, "and he gets screwed a lot and guess what I don't"

I have a family member that does that. He complained people screw him and I tell him you're a businessman "CONTRACTS". He made a barter with a longtime friend that was at a cost of $20,000. His friend didn't hold up his part of the bargain. My family member lost $15,000, which he can't get back why because he had no contract or anything of the deal in writing. I asked why he didn't have a contract for it, his response I've known the guy since I was a kid, and he's never screwed me.

Same thing happened to my sister. My sister sold her same farm and house and bought a smaller home. A family member got sick and asked my sister to help with their mortgage and medical bills. Sister did it ( even after I told her absolutely not. This person never helped her in her life ). Family member was making small payments, but then got very sick, died 6 months later. Sister out of the money and the spouse of deceased was " oh, that was between you and family member" Will that money help keep a roof over their head, paid medical expenses. I told her to put a lien on the house. She's reluctant to do that. No contract, just bank withdrawals.
