Gotta say, absolutely love yours videos and would love you to keep doing more long form like this. At one of the biggest DSOs now for 7 years and we have cbct in every office. Hey doc. On the second case, how do you know what torque to use? Are you concerned about reusing the old screws? Don’t get me wrong, I’d have done the same as you 30ncm with the same screws and hope for the best? Cuz what’s the alternative after all? Go back to Mexico? By the way, no need to be politically correct about it. There are amazing doctors there, true. But there are also awful doctors and poor work. In America, there’s more of a standard of care. Secondly, surgeries done overseas or in Mexico have almost no way to deal with complications. I’m sure as a traveling dentist you can appreciate this as well.
