I stopped posting implant surgeries on KZbin because of armchair quarterbacks and toxic comments. And forget about Reddit, they're terrible over there. Just wanted to say you're a badass Ivan. You were my implant mentor when I was first getting into it. I did your 101 course online and bought your AOX book when I got into that too. Thanks for everything you do.

Gotta say, absolutely love yours videos and would love you to keep doing more long form like this. At one of the biggest DSOs now for 7 years and we have cbct in every office. We get top of the line Straumann for 99$ an implant also great deal with Nobel. We have scanners in every office and can have a conplete guide and implants shipped in 24-48 hours. Implant support team nationally available basically all the time. They make it easy and send us to get training. Great stuff, all about being better for our patients. Screw the haters.

Really enjoyed the video, love the side talking. Can I ask why so many stitches over the healing collar? Keep it up 👍🏻

What is the instrument you were using on the second case to remove the tissue? Just a basic spoon?

Hey doc. On the second case, how do you know what torque to use? Are you concerned about reusing the old screws? Don’t get me wrong, I’d have done the same as you 30ncm with the same screws and hope for the best? Cuz what’s the alternative after all? Go back to Mexico? By the way, no need to be politically correct about it. There are amazing doctors there, true. But there are also awful doctors and poor work. In America, there’s more of a standard of care. Secondly, surgeries done overseas or in Mexico have almost no way to deal with complications. I’m sure as a traveling dentist you can appreciate this as well.
