oh my god i was praying she didn’t fall from standing, thank god you’re okay Dom im sure being pregnant makes things harder but you’re a trooper!! i could see the blood leave your face in that clip when Austin was telling you to sit down, i could tell your body was just focusing on its survival mechanism cause you didn’t talk before you passed out, i know this happens to you on a frequent basis and you may not think of it the same way another person would but it’s a blessing that you have Austin around to jump in at times like this where you have no warning. thank you for posting all your videos but especially this one so people can see what it’s like to NEED a medical alert dog. this is so educational and inspiring💖💖💖💖💖again im so happy you and the baby are okay!!!!

My son who if he doesn’t see a visible service animal Identification on dog he asks if he can say hi and most the time people have been nice and let him not sure if they were service animals? But their was 1 situation the animal was working and she was very kind and said he was tasking? I think n she said. and no he could not interact with her dog and he understood why.

I love how the workers were so respectful about the situation, they put a rack of jeans in front of the isle so Austin can help her.... 🥺🥺
@Usernames_are_hard_to_think_of3 жыл бұрын
There weren’t a rack of jeans in front of the isle, I mean there were, but not to block the isle, just a normal feature of the shop. I don’t think the person who spoke to them was a worker either but a normal shopper, purely because it’s not good customer service/ image if you just leave a patron on the floor and think ‘the husband got it, it’s fine’ because there are so many things that could go wrong with that, like 1) what if the husband don’t got it, 2) what if that man’s not even the husband and just a random person pretending to care. As a sales assistant, you can’t trust anyone, even the person ‘passing out’ could be a distraction for someone else stealing (if they actually past out it’s obvious and most likely they’re not working with someone, but someone could use that as an opportunity to steal). Basically, if the women who past by really was a worker, they would be incredibly unprofessional

Hugs babe! I recently separated from my husband of 25 years. He was my rock and your hubby reminds me so much if him. Its also strange for me actually see the panic and worry in Austin and strangers during an episode looking from the outside in. A whole new perspective! My x-husband was always there to catch me if I was passing out, weak, dizzy, seizing, going thru 20 hour a day marathon sleeping for months on end. But he had enough and left me almost 2 years ago. When he left everyone was terrified how I would live without him! Well introducing......my service dog Willow. She's much easier to live with than he was and she reliably knows so many helpful things at home. Now its time to start trying to leave the house more than 3 times a month for appointments! Try going to a store! Imagine that! Oh how I love agoraphobia during a pandemic! The two seem like a match made in heaven, but its the opposite. Keep your chin up! Great job Austin! Hopefully you will stay by her side until death do you part. Not just until you get tired of helping and caring for her. But I'm sure you will. You're going to make a great family of four! Good luck!

Hey great content, First off, I subscribed and liked the vid. Second, I got really interested in your vids and your life because I have Autism and use my dogs as Emotional Support Animals, however, my mom and I are trained in nursing and I'm glad to see how much love and support you have! I'm also glad to see such caring dogs. Keep up the great content. I'll be watching for updates on your condition!

Poor thing that was so scary. I know you’re okay and your family handled it. But that’s so tough to go through

I’ve watched a ton of your videos just to educate myself better about service dogs and the challenges the handlers face, but until today I didn’t know exactly what your medical condition is. I have Neurocardiogenic Syncope- diagnosed at 19. I’m currently 30 and went through two pregnancies with it. I understand so much more now as to why you have a service dog and feel like I have an odd bond with you. (Do not mean that in a creepy way lol) Having NCS is odd. I’ve even had doctors ask me to explain what I have, and every day is like playing roulette. Will I been episode free for a week or have three in one day? Keep on going and educating people! I’d love to see you do a “Q&A” about the condition to hopefully bring more light to it.
