henry crun sad but this is probably true. Fables of a Mayfly and this album were two of the most inventive rock albums I've ever listened to. I know that they were initially signed to Serjical Strike, Serj Tankian's record label that was intended for bands that might not otherwise get any attention at all - but I am not sure of their entire history.

Jonathan Zemel i just listened to that song. I like it but they're too original. If there's anything that the industry is afraid of, it's an original band. I love this kind of music because it doesn't sound like anything else. I've listened to and loved fair to midland for over a decade now and it seems like I catch something new every time I listen to them. They'll go down in history as one of the most underrated bands in history

I remember seeing these guys open for Dir en grey. My brother joked he was jealous of Cliff's baggy pants. He offered to trade a backstage pass and my brother said, "No I want your pants! They're awesome!" Such an underappreciated band. The lyricism is genius, it's what we need to jumpstart in a world of stagnation in the music industry. How long can you keep going on rocking about angst, drama and BS before getting to what really matters? Moreso, elevating it to the rhetoric that this band does? I can't think of a single band trying to reinvent the wheel more than this one. It's a shame that they were driven apart by circumstances when they could have been among the greatest.

I met them in madison,WI on their last tour. Had seen them previously multiple times. I miss them. This song resonates with me more today then it did before. I found out about them when I saw Dir En Grey at the house of blues in chicago. They were on before the main act. I fell in love with them in that moment. I hope they are all doing well today. I know they had horrible horrible bad luck, bus crash and lost all their instruments. I lost the one shirt I had from them got ruined from someone bleaching it for some reason. I still have the hoodie from the Arrows and Anchor tour, and my girlfriend at the time, now the mother of my child has a shirt signed by all of them. We miss you and wish you all happy thoughts.
