Notes:
-As of the publishing of this video, Fairfax Connector workers were on strike against their operator Transdev, which began on February 22, 2024 until today, March 8, 2024. Fairfax Connector service was suspended for two weeks, which affected at least 26,000 riders. The reason for the strike was on Transdev for unfair pay, sick leave, and retirement plans. It was a similar strike to WMATA’s Cinder Bed drivers back in 2019.
-Fairfax Connector are receiving new XE40s and XE35s. They are numbered in the 1000-1011 range. 1000-1009 are XE40s and 1010-1011 are XE35s. I believe all are at West Ox right now.
-7831 is wrapped in the Holiday Wrap from the 2023 Holiday season. There were a few other buses wrapped in it but they have since been removed.
-9763 was retired after I made this video. All but one New Flyer D35LFR (9769) were retired and auctioned off. Most of Fairfax Connector's 2007 D40LFRs also were retired and auctioned off, being replaced by XD40s, XD35s, and electric buses.
