Right there on the bay side of the Bridge over the Dog River is the Mobile Yacht Club They claim to be the oldest Yacht Club in the U.S..

I think having video's for each leg is interesting. Future loopers are interested in things like marina options, anchorage options? What is walkable from each? You rented a car in a previous episode - in other areas is Uber/Lyft/Turo an option? Can you get provisions sent to the boat/marina via Instacart or similar?

Uber and Lyft available in most places. Have never used Turo. We've met a few Loopers that get Provisions delivered to the Marina from Walmart. We have not tried that yet.

Good morning Mel made a comment about your oil changes. What engines do you have and how often are you changing the oil. What type of oil are you using TIA Charlie

We have Caterpillar 350hp 3116 diesels. Each requires 6.5 gallons of oil. We changed the oil every 150 hours, which is more frequently than the manufacturer's recommendation of 250 hours. We use 15 w40 diesel oil

@@markdbonds thank you. We have 3208 Cats and thinking the 250 hrs is good. Our mechanic suggested up to 500 but I don’t want to push it that far. Safe travels Charlie
