Coding job absorbed all of my time, but KSP2 is IMMINENT and here's the plan: I probably won't have time to FULLY explore my future discoveries in KSP2, and I would HATE seeing them go to waste - so I will make a video of whatever I find, make it funny, leave it unexplored, and throw it at y'all to pick up the threads and run with it. A vessel with 13 Klaws begins to approach the station, and they can do nothing. The "Fun" begins. The bunker automatically then deorbits and lands very safely back on the planet, the doors unlock, the kerbals having been forced to watch helplessly as the Klaws and Kraken did what they did back up in orbit. They leave the bunker. Only to see a rocket with way too many support beams on it heading right for the planet** The rocket they see, of course, is a super-retrofitted Planet Killing Danny Special. It is frozen in place though. However, suddenly, the countdown to KSP2 begins. And then? The rocket begins to fall. What better way to celebrate KSP2's launch the Danny way other than to destroy Kerbin the same second?

Hey Danny, did you know you can use engine plates and fairings together to create a craft with ZERO drag? Engine plates remove drag for parts that are attached to them, which is intended for engines in a stack. So, by attaching a fairing to an engine plate and then offsetting the engine plate into the fairing, the two parts will shield each other from drag! And when I say no drag, I mean NONE. Aerodynamic drag and even water drag won't occur, and no drag means no aerodynamic heating either. Do with this knowledge what you wish.

The bugs, especially the ones in the beginning of KSP, was never seen as a bad thing, but always as an opportunity to laugh, as well as to give a little bit of unexpected and instability. My conclusions: The parts attached to the fairing still seem to be counted as part of the ship allowing wireless fuel transfer. The parts ignore gravity or collision and teleport to where they were on separation relative to your craft when they leave phys range. This means you can use this technique to create weightless infinite fuel tanks. Unfortunately it seems to also be good kraken bait.

Something to test is whether the objects you can 'carry' (which is to say those which teleport when you get out of range) actually pull down at all on the craft. Maybe this could be used to get really heavy payloads to orbit without much thrust.

In the 6 months since this video was posted, I figured out that this glitch is actually very useful for launch vehicles, when used with a radial decoupler right after the flag. [UPDATE 9/22/23] I have managed to: Invent a practically useless hyperdrive, Recreate the Demon Core, And figure out how to put Launch Clamps on the Mun. [UPDATE 10/12/23] I have used this to make a surface "base" on Jool. This glitch does a lot.
