28:44 There's a theory. Timmy and all the human characters only have blank colored eyes. While Cosmo, Wanda and the other fairies in the show have pupils. Veronica is the only one who was pupils it means she's a actually Trixie's fairy. Trixie felt lonely at school so she wished her fairy to be her friend in disguise.
