I've just moved home and there was no space in my kitchen for both a fridge and oven. I obviously chose a fridge and I rarely use my oven, as I air fry everything. Needed to bake some cakes then realised that I don't have an oven 😂 Thank you. I'm going to do this later.

I can sympathise with you over lack of space. My dream was always to have a big kitchen. Fairy Cakes cook really well in the air fryer, you'll love them! Happy eating 😊

I do little cakes and do EXACTLY the same variations you've been describing. My favourite is cherry pieces in them . or jam and coconut... I like all combinations really....! 😋

My favourite are the jam & coconut and I like the butterfly ones as I love buttercream. Although, like you, I'd eat all of the combinations. 😊

Hi Maria, they turned out well, i could just eat one. I haven't made them for ages. When i used to make them i would do a double batch and either add cocoa powder or coconut to one half of the mixture. I sometimes used to fill them with butter cream or fresh cream or patisserie cream. With the coconut ones I would make some icing up with icing sugar and water, then dip them in coconut.

You're making me hungry! Lol. They are brilliant little cakes which can be varied in so many mouth watering ways. I like that they're quick and easy to make and don't cost too much.

The cupcakes came out lovely,some of the video's I've watched tell you to preheat the air fryer but you put them straight in and they turned out perfect,very enjoyable and informative video

Thank you. The Air Fryer cooks little cakes really well. I find I struggle more with bigger cakes. Sometimes I preheat the air fryer, but I find I don't need to with little cakes. Thank you for watching.

So happy to find your vid on KZbin my cooker is too powerful and have always liked to try in the air fryer instead.As Ramadan is fast approaching i want to make some of these cakes for my friend as she is Algerian and does not make english cakes.

They are lovely little cakes. If you cook a few you can put some in the freezer and save them until you want them.

Thank you for your video we have just bought ourselves a air fryer cookworks for Christmas l will definitely make some cup cakes in our air fryer don't worry about your lighting it was ok has your place were you was working is only temp but your cup cakes have turned out really nice l will look forward to making some in our air fryer

They turned out really well. I'm still learning my way round my air fryer, but I'm enjoying using it and most things turn out very well. I'm always having lighting issues. The weather this time of year makes my lighting worse. I do have a filming light, but I don't always have room to set it up. Thank you for watching. Enjoy your cakes 😊

I see you not use any vanilla essence 🤔 what is the difference in taste.

I don't put vanilla in little fairy Cakes because they taste nice as they are. You can add vanilla if you wish, but just a little as it might be over powering in a little cake. Also I like to add other things like jam & coconut or chocolate chips. They're so versatile!
