In these video tutorials, I normally use Bakels Premixes to save on time.
(Bakels is a bakery grade cake premix. Another great one is Allied Mills)

Hey hun, thank you so much :) for the sizes used here, I only ended up using a regular batch of my Hybrid Frosting (500 grams butter, 500 grams vegetable shortening, 2000 grams icing sugar, 4 tablespoons milk and vanilla). I added in 450 grams of dark choc ganache (300 grams dark chocolate, 150 grams heavy cream) into half of the frosting and left the rest of the frosting white so I could use it on the outside, tinted pink.
