@@piercemat331 Ceruledge has dash moves like phantom force and flame charge. However, you cannot pair these moves with other moves like bitter blade or psycho cut. If you were not to use the dash moves it wont limit your ability to execute bitter blade or psycho cut. This can be proved if you make Ceruledge chase attackers like gardevoir or greninja using water shuriken. Ceruledge will not make it to them because the moves don't provide innate mobility or invincibility or a paired move combo which has one shot potential. The same applies with mimikyu, lets not talk about play rough and trick room sets because these moves are absolutely not speedster like. Most suggest mimikyu is a speedster because of shadow sneak move mechanism. If you really think about it then you should find out that shadow sneak has low dash potential or shadow claw combo potential. Mimikyu's shadow sneak causes teleportation to mark target and the range can extend to infinity if walls are present, but you cannot use this for mobility outside of battle because it requires enemies to be present. On top of that in open areas where attackers thrive or in places where defenders exist to protect attackers mimikyu can be disrupted and be rendered incapable to reach the attacker pokemon because the defender can block and mitigate the shadow sneak mark allowing the attacker to hit mimikyu with all it has and kill it.

@@piercemat331 basically, you can think of it as the ability of pokemon to kill some other pokemon of different roles. Here is how it works: All rounders are weak against attackers (Because all rounders are melee and cannot reach attackers in time) Attackers are weak against speedster (Because speedsters have one shot combo potential, move invincibility combined with huge burst damage such that the attackers can do nothing and of course the ability to avoid defenders) Speedsters are weak against all rounders and defenders (To tanky and burst damage rendered useless. Unstoppable status moves make their move mechanism useless and lots of hindrance moves given disrupts mobility) And for defenders and supporters consider: Defenders=All-rounder Supporters=attackers
