Not enough can be said about this era of Faith No More. We can look back now, some 37 years later, and see that FNM, The Pixies, Corrosion of Conformity, and others as the canary in the coal mine for the pop and polish that was commercial rock and metal at that time. Their days were numbered, and a polar shift in popular music was imminent. Almost 40 years later, the energy these 5 guys created on stage is still palpable. Endless thanks to the gentleman who recorded and preserved this performance. 👏👏

Thanks for uploading! I filmed this when my buddy Luther was doing the side stage monitors at mississippi nights...he brought the camera in with his gear and i stood by him to shoot this (very nervously)ha ha...So i figured i'd film the "opening band" to the Red Hot Chili Peppers and check out the camera.. ;) And low and behold here is an awesome band that James Hetfield has a Shirt of, and discovered the POWER of Faith No More and was instantly hooked (as much as i like the Mike Patton era, this lineup might be my favorite) Plus any band that can rock out N.E.S.T.L.E.S is good with me ....the video was sent around the world a lot via vhs video trading in the late 80's and im sure that how it's now on KZbin..... its pretty cool to see tons of my old shows i shot end up on KZbin now, and the best part is someone else did the "work" of getting them transfered and put on here for us to watch...lets face it, if it were up to me to upload, u wouldn't be reading this right now.... Enjoy!
