Wonderful to hear! I really appreciated Faith's wisdom and learned stuff myself. I actually have 5 interviews from July to November in my editing queue. Recently welcomed a baby boy, so been a bit behind. :-) Sending good vibes!

Stress+depression+anxiety followed by a virus equals chronic fatigue. The chronic fatigue then makes you more terrified and you are now in a vicious loop. All you need to do is just be happy and stopping pushing you’re self Get rid of toxic people Set boundaries Say no and be okay about it Simple. Chronic fatigue is the best thing that could ever happen to people. It forces you to become a stronger person.

Love "and be okay about it". Needed that reminder! btw mine was stress + pushing + virus + enviro exposure.

@@HealwithLiz mine was covid and stress leading up to it. We’ll be okay. If other people recover then you can too. Don’t listen to doom and gloom stories.

32:22 Just let it go and move on and keep coming back to the moment rather than dwelling on the past, and 'how bad a recoverer I am', or 'I should have done this, or I should have done that kind of thing', and just let it go and come back to now. Start afresh now and then just keep doing that. And the more you do that, the less you're in this conflicted state, the less long and the less intense the crashes are. And eventually you realize you haven't had a crash in a long time. And then eventually you realize you are recovered.

There're many snippets of wisdom in this interview, thank you so much for doing it. Faith has a lot of great videos on her channel as well. Great thanks for sharing all that information. I just wanted to say, some of the things Faith is saying, she's explaining in a way that is not aligning with the recent insights. For example, eft/tapping, it's a great tool, but it doesn't work because of the 'chakra's and meridians', but because of the emotional release (which shifts the state of the nervous system) due to the script set up for that purpose, supported by somatic sensations provided by the touch. (You can tap on any spot for that matter. You don't need to use the original tapping spots.) Touch increases the safety of the body, which influences the healing. 'Masculine energy' is another thing.. What is even 'masculine energy'.. And that's why women would get cfs more often. Nope.. Most probably, the hormonal composition of males is more protective (men do get CFS, but they tend to be able to recover more easily and not hang in this ill state, unless they have very big nervous system dysregulation issues). Well, I need to share this because I really want and appreciate more accurate view on things. But of course, big big thanks to both Faith and Liz for investing time and energy and sharing this information 🙏

Aye, thanks for your input and insights! ♥♥ I think in her books she explains stuff in more detail. I got what she was saying in that part, and I think there is a lot of pressure on women and men in different ways which contribute to sympathetic activation of our nervous system. ♥

There is actually some truth to what she is saying. Alisa Vitti goes into this in her work on female and male hormones. The theory is that the way society is structured (particularly around a 24hr cycle) is not condusive at all to how people with a menstrual cycle produce energy. I believe the theory goes that whilst testosterone has a 24 hour cycle generally, female hormones ebb and flow over 28 days, which changes energy flows. So people with a menstrual cycle are forced to work through ebb periods, which leads to a greater likelihood of the body becoming stressed and fatigued. I haven't read Faith's book but maybe this is what she is referring to?

Faith, by histamine issue, did you mean things like hives and itching? Itching increased by fermented foods and like... itching also ramping up as side effects of medicines? Thanks for sharing Faith and Liz, excellent as always ♥️

I love that Faith talks about getting the digestive system in order before even considering supplements and all that. I think we all get to a point of desperation where we just want to take anything that might help, but if we're having reactions or not absorbing properly it's not very helpful. I can also really relate to the major cumulative effect of reducing stress and making a point to reflect on the progress that sneaks up on you.

So much resonates with me , I'm trying to keep away from the doom and gloom and focus on the recovery stories and your channel gives me hope. I'd like to know where to get a test for allergy in the UK if any of your followers can recommend. I wish us all good health. Thanks and keep up the great work x

There are a good number finger prick at-home mail-in blood testing kit companies these days I think for allergies, intolerances, and mineral levels. I know the ones in the US, but not sure about the best ones in the UK. Maybe someone else will see this and respond! The food intolerance one will tell you if you have antibodies to something, but that doesn't mean something does or doesn't cause an inflammatory response so I think just take that with a grain of salt. Also, just know it's possible for things to reverse. I did one of those tests and had a lot of "intolerances" and then after I recovered I didn't have any.
