Hello, please give the Holy Quran a chance and read it just as you gave the Bible a chance. Thank you.

Awesome video! All the points were incredibly well spoken, and I think it was really good to bring this up. Especially around Christmastime, when we are supposed to be looking forward to Jesus' birth, preparing for him, and ultimately looking towards Easter and His death on the cross! Thank you so much, Jayla! You're the best!

Hey sis! I love seeing another sister in Christ spreading the word of God and sharing the good news 🥰 I just wanted to gently share with you, out of love, that as Christians, we should be cautious about celebrating Christmas as it’s not tied to Jesus' birth and has roots in pagan traditions. I’d love to talk more about this with you if you're open to it

@@As.kixi.travels I understand that the roots of Christmas do not all tie back to Jesus, but every day is an amazing day to celebrate the birth of our saviour! I do not follow any kind of evil traditions, but I use this time to glorify God and what He has done for us through His son. I choose to celebrate Christmas for its loving and Christ-centred nature, but you’re right that we do have to be careful that what we are doing is glorifying God.

@ I completely understand where you're coming from, sis! It’s so beautiful that you focus on glorifying God and celebrating the birth of our Savior during this time. Every day is a gift to honor Jesus and His sacrifice for us. I just wanted to gently remind you, though, that as Christians, we should always refer back to the Word. Jesus never asked us to celebrate His birth, but to remember His resurrection. If He wanted us to celebrate His birthday, He would have made it clear in the scriptures. Please don’t be swayed by man-made traditions, especially those with pagan origins. Christmas, for example, was originally tied to the Solstice, a time when people worshipped the sun. As Jeremiah 10:2-4 warns: “Do not learn the way of the nations… For the practices of the peoples are worthless.” It’s so important that we stay true to what the Word teaches while also seeking to glorify God in all that we do. I truly appreciate your heart for Christ, and I’m always here if you’d like to chat more about this!

Blessings in Christ Jesus. Question, on what grounds will a believer be judged by God ?
@Jippyjay9 күн бұрын
@@danie4Jesus Great question! I’d recommend watching this video for a deeper answer kzbin.info/www/bejne/aqXaXq1sip2Gi6csi=SJbAYjQ5842kiOkf , but I’ll answer as good as I can here! So, the punishment for sin is death and hell. We all deserve hell because we have sinned. So what can we do to get out of it? God sees that we have sinned and He judges us fairly. We are all deserving of hell because we have all lied, stolen, gossiped, etc. etc. God understands that none of us have or will make it through our lives on earth without sin, so He came to Earth in a human body (as Jesus) and lived a life of no sin. When He died, He took our sin. But how? What people often do not realize is that Jesus actually took our punishment when He died. It was not the cross that saves us, but it is Jesus’ act succeeding His death. Jesus went to hell and took the punishment for our sins. He traded His perfection for our evil and stained records. The Bible says that whoever believes and confesses that Jesus is Lord receives His spirit. In that act, we are receiving His perfect spirit within us, and accepting that He already paid the punishment for our sins when He died. A believer will be judged in the same way as anyone else. Is their record stained? Have they sinned? When God sees a believer, He sees a clean record-a punishment that has already been paid. This does not mean that we can continue sinning. For more on that, watch the video I linked! I hope this helps. May God bless you!
