Isn’t it fun living in a renovation 😂! My husband and I have completely renovated two of our three homes while living in them, so I understand what you’re saying about having a freezer in the bedroom and washer/dryer in a living space. But, as you know, it is so worth the inconvenience in the end! Can’t wait to see the finished laundry room!

I was so excited to see Austin (such a good boy!) and right as I was wondering if this was his first snow, the text came up on the screen. Your property is so so beautiful! 😍 TBH, I was bummed you couldn’t keep the design tile, but I really love the color and the herringbone pattern of the floor. I really like your chosen floor tiles, including the layout. The previously chosen ones, though very beautiful indeed, were a bit too modern and also too busy, maybe. There is nothing wrong with modern. It is just that tiles are not easily exchangeable, they are fixed. You might have gotten tired of them in due time. And then you are stuck with them. Hence, these tiles are a super choice!

Pretty amazing. We did our kitchen remodel in 2020. So everything kept getting delayed. So we had a mess for what seemed like a long time. But it was so worth it. Thank you for sharing

Being up north, I always find it interesting that communities with a dusting of snow have to shut down. We don’t even bother plowing unless it is at least 2 inches or more, even when it is too cold to melt. 😊

Hi Kris! I used to live in an area that was used to snow. Here people are not. We don’t have the proper tires, there tends to be more icy and people don’t know how to drive safely. All was back to normal in a few hours, but where there was 6 inches or more down by the coast, things were probably very different! 😂☃️❄️🩵

Oh boy Robin. That is looking great. Really excited to see how it comes out. I know you will be really happy with it. We had snow here and South Texas can you believe it? Very rare. I don’t like the extreme cold. Wednesday, The 29th is my birthday and the girls will be here next Friday the 31st to help me celebrate. I’m lining up some jobs for them. Ha ha. I have gotten to where I cannot keep house very well. The girls are urging me to get a housekeeper. I had one for 25 years while I worked a demanding job but let her go when I retired. We’ll see. Great renovation so far. I don't. Once I have an income again I will save up for land and one of the house kits on my list. I plan to build our home and use the most toxin free building materials I can find. Hopefully I can attend the Construction course from March to June. I will have to see if they bumped me from the Fall to the Spring class like I requested. I was invited that the Spring class's graduation a while back so likely still on their list.

Wow, that magnetic dryer vent is fantastic! Those old dryer vent hoses are quite archaic; nice to see the improvement.
