I've only just recently found you and subscribed, it was a lovely treat to find you had posted a new video and I wasn't having to go through old ones 😊 That honey chicken looked delicious and I'm definitely going to try something similar. I love cooking rice in a pan, it also saves having to find another thing to store somewhere, so I try to have a few gadgets as possible. Although Ido love my slow cooker. One thing to look out for is a lot of the organic/plant based snacks look healthy but can be high in fats and sugars which then negates the healthiness of them. Looking forward to seeing more of your videos. ❤ from the UK

Hi Faith Hodari and Milambu! If you make a cheese cake, I will run over and have some with you. I LOVE CHEESE CAKE! One thing I have to say about you Faith is, you don't buy junk food when you shop. Your boys eat very well balanced meals and they are home made, not pop in the microwave meals. Some of these other Mothers out there could learn from you. Faith, what you could do before you go shopping is, plan your meals out, see what ingredients you don't have to make them, then make your grocery list. It really helps a lot. Just a suggestion! I see your new pans are holding up nicely. Thank you so much for sharing.

Oh Dianna! I appreciate the sentiment but I haven’t always made the healthiest decisions. I am working on doing better though! Funny you mentioned meal planning! I was in such a rush with this video that I didn’t do it like I wanted but that’s how I have been doing: printing out recipes and then checking if I have the ingredients or not.

I feel you, Faith! I'm not vegan but wanna be veggies most with my meals so I've been trying vegan meals. Hummus has been my addiction lately.

Wow, I loved the look of all the dishes. I lost a good bit of weight simply by eating off a smaller plate. There is one thing annoys me in restaurants and that is a little bit of food lost in the middle of a big plate. I hate a half empty plate before I've even taken a bite! So now I Fill a smaller plate. Lol . When you make your cheesecake, let me know and I'll get on the first flight over the big pond. Haha once you make it, you'll never go back to shop bought. Walmart has Vollrath scoops that are in different sizes to measure portions.... that is how restaurants serve up plates to keep portion sizes consistent. Good luck!

The food looks good but white rice 🍚 isn’t the healthiest. I would advise brown rice or cauliflower rice. Just little suggestion from a dietitian 🥰 wish you all the best
