Berbaloi tak kalau beli studio appartment di tengah2 bandar, mcm bandar johor, ramai pekerja singapore duduk bandar jb, boleh jalan kaki ke ciq untuk masuk singapore everyday. Sy takde ilmu tapi berminat nak beli

Just nak tanya.. mcmna tuan sebut property yg Sama org lain beli rm900k.. sementara tuan dapat harga rm450k.. logik akal fikir property tu sampah developer jual dah dekat harga modal.. kalau developer tahu bnd tu boleh buat duit dan untung.. xkan kot dis nak bagi discount sampai 50%.. maaf tuan skadar bertanya.. harap terjawab

This is true. I live around KLCC landed property. Harga apartment per sqft lagi mahal daripada landed price over here. Padahal zaman skrg ramai buyer beli around this area and untung tinggi sebab develop commercial properties
