In Britain where buying items like TV, you'll need an accredited TV installer with a surprised fake TV installer with fake credentials! How about a consumer knows nothing about operating a television? Where you to contact some accredited TV operators unaware of fake TV operators with complete credentials? one thing I dont get is why there a country doesn't have a database to search for legible visas and other documents. Look up the number on the document, does it match yes/no. Wouldn't work with foreign passports, but all national documents should be doable.

The safety rating allows for some twist, but the ladder exceeded that limit.
