Another little detail that these guys missed: The karens victim is annoyed & angry instantly. Usually during a true Karen encounter, there's a beautiful moment at the beginning where the victim is confused and almost thinks its a joke at 1st. Faking traffic accidents for quick bucks has been a staple of internet videos coming out of the poorer Eastern European formerly Soviet republic countries for many years now already. As well, fake "slips and falls" are already huge profit-making ventures for people who'll take their faked "evidence" to eager "ambulance chaser" law firms to sue deep-pocketed stores and businesses which would much rather quietly pay out "settlement money" than to have long, drawn out courts fight bringing them bad publicity for months or even years. I'd say that the professional "fake Karen videos for profit" game has already been in full swing for a while now.

For me, the biggest tell that these Karens are fake is that they're too articulate. Karens are always screaming incomprehensibly and repeating themselves constantly because they're not smart enough to think of more than one thing to say in real time. Forming complete sentences and articulately explaining their reasons is a dead giveaway that these Karens are fake.
