If he sells it for 70. he will lose around 15for shipping, ebay and paypal will probably take $10 in fees...only 15dollars left to cover his time, materials used to ship, his employees time, etc..

It goes both ways. You will never see a pawn shop in a wealthy neighborhood. They are only in poverty areas, and major cities to take advantage of the poor. Some are drug addicts that made their own beds, sometimes single moms struggling to keep the lights on, maybe gambling addiction. Sometimes the pawn shop takes advantage, some times the people try to take advantage of the pawn shop.

Dude I really like this guy. I really hope he has success making a significant enough profit to stay in business and support his family. I mean I've lived all over the US and I've never seen a guy really this fair to people. I talked to someone who actually goes to this Trading Post. He told me when the guy says he's going to pay you this much for something and he's going to turn around and sell it for the certain price he says. You will see that item on his Shelf for the price that he said he was going to sell it for. Most of these guys you bring something in and they tell you it's worth so much and that they will only be able to sell it for so much. Then you go back in there store a week later and see that item selling for big bucks. My friend even says they try to keep this guy a secret. He said there's so many junkies in the area that if everybody found out about how fair this guy is. He would have every junkie they're trying to sell him stolen items where he wouldn't be so fair anymore. But my friend said this guy really is a good guy. So maybe that's why he does stay in business is because he is blessed for treating people Fair

Pawn Store owners and workers assume everyone's a scammer meanwhile they're the biggest scammers, they never agree to your price , talk you into a ridiculous lower price and they'll sell it for triple the price.... my friend sold them a Roland JX305 music station worth $1200 " I CAN DO $150" ....DEAL! a week later it was on sale for $600 .....$700 online
