I just started following BTS about 3 months ago, so yes, a 62 year old baby army here. My sis and her kids are fans, and I was intrigued about what I read. I've bought the book that was put out for 10th anniversary and have been watching youtube videos, listening to their music . Ive laughed at their antics, and I have cried about their hardships, Let me put it this way I had started watching Kdramas in November ( about 40 or so Im retired so Im allowed lol and I cried a lot through all that) but since May Ive cried more than that!!! Because of BTS, or rather how they have been treated and snubbed and disrespected in the past and even now l. I have to say Suga is my favorite but I love all of them, They brought me joy with their music, and also back to the music I listened to in my youth, honestly though If someone had said that id be listening to Rap and K-pop at this age Id laugh at them. Suga made an error in judgment, and he has owned up to it and he is willing to face the consequences. All 7 have proved to be strong and courageous in the face of such blatant disrespect and toxic hate...would I be able to be courageous like that at such a young age? Truthfully I don't think so. Suga has done everything he's needed to. People are getting mad at ARMY for not being outraged, and they dont understand BTS. BTS owns up to their mistakes and then do better. We can trust Suga when he says hes sorry and that this will never happen again because they've earned our trust with their actions. Also, no one was hurt, so I dont know what more they'd want from us. He's taking accountability and that's really all he can do. I just hope he's got a good support system around him right now, with most of the members being away in military service.

I worry about Yoongi's mental and emotional health. Yoongi has always seemed so strong, but no matter how strong he is, he can still be hurt. I hope he knows that real Army are with him.
