Another classic that looked delicious you’ll put take aways out of business cooking like that

Keith you are a chef supreme! What I like about your channel is the amount of home cooking you do. It's the way I was bought up, and both my grown up daughters learnt from me. All that processed crap people pay silly money for is just heat up food, that's not cooking and full of salt, sugars and additives it's so bad for you.. Keep up the good work 😉

looked good,for a nice creamy sauce instead of passata i use a can of cream of tomato soup
@GHOLT81 Жыл бұрын
Great video Keith-think you missed a cup of cream out the sauce, I’m sure the recipe says 1 and a 1/4 cups-might be the reason why you felt there was not a lot of sauce. Looked lovely though-thanks again.

Keith, this wasn't a fakeaway, or a takeaway, your presentation looked just as you would get in a fine Indian restaurant. Love your eye for detail in the silver pots for the tikka. Also love the way Nat so appreciates you and your cooking. My best to you both.
@alzinio09-d7j Жыл бұрын
sorry if i missed it but what did you do with the garlic and ginger?
@johndavis7944 Жыл бұрын
Nothing Fakeaway here Keith. A bit of a Kick you say.. That'll be the cayenne pepper! It's a step up from paprika which is made from capsicum (bell pepper) whereas cayenne pepper is made from the cayenne chilli 🌶️ pepper. Don't even get them mixed up or you'll be having more than just a bit of a kick.. Nice work, great presentation and a meal satisfying. Cheers guys 👍🤤😀

Hello Keith 🙂 you are becoming a Dab Hand at making these curries as that Meal looked everything you said it was and you always put so much into your creations for us all mate, down to your preparation and presentation, your Nat was Chuffed 🙂 i think you could be onto something with those marinades, on looks alone i'd be giving that Chicken Tikka a whopping 10/10 👍👍👍👍

I was in Aldi earlier and they have 4 different marinades at 49p a time including chicken tikka, bombay potato, tandoori chicken and gunpowder potatoes there in the special buys baskets if your in Aldi I think they got to be worth a try at the price. It says on the packet just sprinkle on your meat leave for 10 minutes then cook you can barbeque oven bake or roast mind yours is looking good.

That looks totes lush, Keith🤤. You say it's all in the taste, but you present your food really nicely too👏. I like heat, so when I make it I'll go for chilli too, but loosen the sauce with coconut milk instead of cream🌶️🥥. Nothing ventured, and all that🤷♂️. Defo be using thigh meat, too. Shame you couldn't get any, mate. Thanks for that👍
