How to spot fake Dior Sauvage perfume
The original Dior Sauvage edp perfume was bought for 98 euros here .... https: //www.sephora.com/product/sauvage-eau-de-parfum-P428500, the price of the fake perfume is between 20 - 50 euros.
The smell is very similar, but the fake does not persist for 20 minutes.
The front of the boxes are identical ... if we turn the box the text below is a little blurred, compared to the original one which is clean, airy, symmetrical.
The lines on the back of the fake box are more accentuated than the original one.
the serial number is engraved on both boxes, the bottom of the box differs by - the font of the writing 100 ML, the information on the ingredients (they are written differently, see in the video), the color differs from the text NATURAL SPRAY, the rectangle with the sign of fire , the original lighter.
Open the box, at the top inside, we need to find a fly symbol, the fake has this logo bigger than the original one which is smaller, look if the logo has a defect, erasures, it is not well printed, misaligned.
The front of the Dior Sauvage perfume bottle is identical, at the bottom the fake shows the end of the bottle up, compared to the original one which is down (see in the video).
The cover of Dior Sauvage perfume differs by the white color inside the CD letters, the fake white color is cracked, compared to the original one which is perfect, never such a brand as Dior will never make such a mistake, in the game is the reputation of the bran, everything must to be perfect.
Inside the lid we have to find a symbol with a fly, there are several types of fakes, the original is one, the fly inside the fake lid is bigger and thicker than the original one which is smaller and thinner.
The push button shows an engraving with the letters CD, in fake these letters are separated, compared to the original one which are pasted.
The inside of the cover (push button) is white, compared to the original one which is black.
The fake push button is bigger and taller than the original one.
The serial number on the bottom of the original Dior Sauvage bottle is engraved even higher, than the serial number stamped and smaller for the fake one.
If this serial number is not engraved, or is not identical, with the number engraved on the bottom of the box, then you are faced with a fake Dior Sauvage perfume.

Not entirely true at all. You can buy a genuine perfume but it can still be washed off after 1 wash. I do agree this one can be smelled on your clothes after a wash but it's not always the case

What's scarier about these fakes is that they actually learn from their mistakes and evolve when given enough time. it looks closer and closer to the real thing except for a few minute details like quality of text (seen one fading from a fake brand new bottle lol). but the telltale sign imho is the price. I have this perfume and have never used it was a bday gift from a family member it not a copy. Saving it for a special occasion, I know it got a strong smell this perfume but I like it and you can smell this perfume hours later after you have sprayed it on. the serial number on the bottom of the ENGRAVED bottle... must be identical to the serial number on the bottom of the box.... if this safety element does not exist... then you are surely dealing with a fake.... don't forget the serial number on the bottom of the bottle must be engraved not with paint... take something sharp and scratch... if the paint disappears then it's a fake... if it remains it means it's engraved and it's original

I got a fake Sauvage off eBay. The only thing that gives it away is the “CD” on the spray pump. The real is the usual CD logo, mine is like a cheesy chinese font CD, and the bottom of the bottle has a sticker for the text where it should be part of the bottle. Thought I got a deal for $60..lol. Plus it doesn’t smell anywhere near as strong as the real thing. Gonna get the real thing at Macys lol!

Other than bottom batch code which is only printed on my bottle, seems like original bottle. The bottom of the box looks like original one in your video. Cap is also like yours. On front side of box, its printed 100ML, not 100 ml like yours. The lines on the box looks a little evident than your box. What do you think if its original or not? Well, I bought my bottle off of Amazon for $122.00. I compared all the qualities of the real bottle to mine. Mine passed. So, just based on my bottle, Amazon is selling the real thing concerning this fragrance. I can’t complain! Peace.
