Really nice, I also play the nylon guitar and am obsessed also with the Brazilian stuff. Actually, I got into this music via Michael Franks, who was a close friend of Jobim and his music (but not everything) is strongly influenced by Jobim. Glad to have found your channel, I will be listening loads! Difficult to find honest, beautiful interpretations like this.

This is one of the most difficult songs to play on the guitar because there are so many complicated chords and variations, and you played it wonderfully. You have my respect, senorita… I have been trying to play this song correctly for 2 weeks and have not been able to come up with a full version without any mistakes… And that's not even with any singing or lyrics… But when I finally get it right, for sure I will post it on KZbin… LOL. Good to hear. I'm flattered to be asked about classical training but no, I haven't. I wish I had! I started to get 'serious' about playing electric (around '95) but have mainly been playing the acoustic and nylon string ever since I got obsessed with the Brazilian stuff. Yes I'd say this is one of Jobims lesser known songs. I see you have a channel Mark, I'll check it out :)
