There's many armor vendors online, the trick is searching through all of the pieces that are only costume rated and finding the actual armor. Alternatively you can find armor smiths online but a suit from them is going to be in the thousands

I use the elastic head cam harness to strap it to my helmet. Only problem is the angle gets messed up a lot. Before that I'd use duct tape which did work.
