No joke, it is the first anime I watch as it air, and it it worth it. I love mostly everything about it and has some comics here and there. I like it more than dbz cause I don't like the action and flashing all the time. The telling is good and yeah. PS. I found this though gogo anime cause I wanted to invest in a new series, and holy it is worth it tho. (I do still keep up with pokemon tho, the sun and moon series isn't that bad either, but it is the same story everytime with some new plots and characters)

When I watched the first episode of Goblin Slayer, what really caught my eye was exactly HOW he was killing the goblins. Setting traps, and baiting them, and using holy light to take out the two biggest threats. It was pretty cool, and made me want to watch the next episode. Then I got online and everyone was complaining about a 40-second long scene for some absurd reason.

If all the gubbins did was kill people, the psychological impact of losing to them wouldn't be anywhere near as powerfull. "Oh so goblin slayer b became goblin slayer because he saw his family killed? Big fucking deal" "Oh. His hatred stems from having bear witness to the goblins tormentinh his sister for days on end until she was nothing but a corpse... Yeah i think i can understand his rage."
