@@aidanmattys7488 Kinda reminds me of the Shield Hero anime, tbh. I enjoyed its twist; the anime presented itself as just another typical isekai, then right when I convinced myself I was done, BOOM! False rape accusation. And a seemingly morally-grey character who is put on the path of redemption via dragging his name from the dirt. I thought it was going to continue along this path, a gritty story showing us how truly messed up a twisted world can make a person once they decide to push it back (like the manga). But nope. Somewhere down the line Shield Hero became just another typical isekai anime.

James Isaac Canarios it’s really hard to tell what it’s about without spoiling it, but basically it’s about this public prosecutor uncovering the mysteries and corruption behind this ongoing mayoral election. As he digs deeper, more and more bad things happen around him and the case gets more severe. It’s definitely a show to binge watch when all the episodes come out. There’s pretty much a plot twist at the end of every single episode.

Beastars has taken over my life since I got wind of it 4 weeks ago. I've read the manga twice thus far, rewatched every episode at least 6 times and I can't get enough. The author Paru Itagaki is the daughter of Keisuke Itagaki, who is the author of Grabbler Baki. And her character writing is some of the best I've ever experienced. God, help me. I'm back to reading the manga a third time.
