Que pasa Julio??? Few questions...1. Why can't catfish get on your boat? 2. Why is Hector so upset about catching a catfish? 3. Why do you release the catfish by cutting the hook; as opposed to removing the hooks with your hand (or needle-nose pliers) like you do for bass?

Hey!!! Saludos!!! As per your questions. 1. Some people do load catfish on their boats espexially if they are fishing for catfish however they release a slime that is very stinky and its hard to remive from the carpet. 2. Since we were fishing for Bass Hector was expecting a Bass at the end of the line and instead it was a Catfish which we were not fishing for that. 3. Since catfish are so slick and have a slime on their bodies is easier to use pliers and remove the hook that way withput having to touch the fish.

I was using 10 lbs Fluorocarbon because of some places I was dropping right in the middle of brush.
