Lol I’ve honestly thought the same thing about the normal villagers! I’ve seen them be called 'sweet' online, I think it’s what they’re called in the Japanese version or something like that. Anyway. I love this build and I’m so freaking excited for this theme! I’m trying to do something similar on my island ☺️

I was a Jack-in-the box for Halloween one year. Still my favorite costume. I could close the box lid over myself, and “pop out” when a person turned the lever on the side. Fun & creepy. 🤣

My forever island is city/suburb/town core , I have a fish market, flea market, cemetery, yard sale area , neighborhoods and I’m working on a lake and farmland/rural area. I just started working on my theme about 6 months ago. 😂 been reeeeally busy but it’s been fun

Laying down road ways is so frustrating. I used a lot of roads for my post apocalyptic island and I almost gave up several times. I live in northern Alabama and completely understand the heat .. well humidity it's awful but low key I prefer hot vers cold unless it's the cold like when I lived in northern Indiana lol. Oh my goodness I'm completely jealous of your cruise I'd love to relocate to Alaska I've looked into it several times maybe one day 😢. Oh boy! It’s starting! YAY💕 I haven’t actually attempted to do a citycore island, my current Island Omori is more of a Japanese Rural Town but I have learned the art of making fake buildings so for my next island the Halloween Kidcore island I will try to make it more like a city, placing the path roads is going to be a nightmare tho 😅 Although late autumn is absolutely beautiful I have decided to have my Halloween island be set on mid October, due to that my color palette for the island calls more for the green than the deep oranges and reds from late autumn, the lime green grass and most of my trees being a mix of green a yellow fits more the vibe I’m trying to go for. Excited for the next video! 💜

this might be a really dumb question but how do you stop the trees from growing to larger stages while you build? do you just time travel back to the day you started building every day you play? (such a cute build btw omg!!)

Not a dumb question at all! If you let a tree grow in partially you can plant a piece of fruit (any fruit other than coconut) in any of the surrounding tiles and it will prevent the tree from growing. So, example if you plant a medium large hardwood tree and bury an apple behind it, it will not grow anymore. Hope this helps!
