Hello! Is this in Colorado? I just moved to Colo Springs from Texas. 3yrs now. Ive fished split since i arrived, but haven't seen these

Yes Joe Wright and then if you go to the lake above Joe Wright a short hike is a lake called Zimmerman. There is a lot of Grayling there, smaller lake. :)
