The porch turned out so cute! We live in a 93 double wide mobile home and have removed all the vinyl siding and replaced it with hardie board and new windows. It’s been a mess and I haven’t been able to decorate yet. And now we’ve had hurricane Ian come thru and that stopped things. We are in North Florida so we’ve been blessed. It’s only been a lot of wind. Please pray for South Florida it’s bad.

Valerie porch front yard looks so much better. I would still paint the front door, nice warm day the steel doors dry really quickly. I’ve done mine in fall 3 yrs ago, still looks great.

Hi. You will have some more warm weather. Ask the owner to install a storm door for the front. Then paint the interior door when you like. What a difference it would make. In full sun, you can paint the railings when weather won't dip so low at night. Love the fall decorations.

I love your positive attitude! I had to giggle when you mentioned that you wanted to paint and couldn’t. I just had the exact thing happen to me and it was my husband that informed me as well that it is too late in the season to paint outdoors! Oh it is just bothering me every time I walk up to the front of our house but it will have to wait for spring. There is nothing I can do. It’s our garage door as well so spring can’t come soon enough I love what you have done with your front porch. It looks so pretty. You may want to check for a water spicket under the underpinning. It usually is under the house near where your hot water heater is. I don't know if that's the case with an older mobile home though.
