Thank you Peter for another great video. The trees look beautiful there.

Zeros from mid range counts? So is that an OA treatment? I love the sound of zeros
@BeekeepingwithTheBeeWhisperer2 күн бұрын
Yes! But not uniformly across the yard. Hopeful for yards where they did not go out of acceptable ranges in the first place. Therefore treating earlier with both products next season.

@@BeekeepingwithTheBeeWhisperer I’d think you did very well according to the numbers that you’ve mentioned earlier. Knocking them down and keeping ahead of the spike is hard

"I have more honey than I know what to do with," said no beekeeper ever. Lol. Bees put the honey down this year. My doubles are so full, I weighed 10% in every yard, and they were over 130lbs. Only 50% I fed 3.5 gallons.

Possibly a slight exaggeration!

I'm saying it right now because we've had a massive spring boom of sycamore tree flowering and the thyme nectar flow has started, I want my bee's bringing thyme nectar in and they're pretty much ignoring it😂 and going for sycamore 😬😆

Peter how many VarroxSan strips were you putting in a double deep? Cost per hive? I worked out between 6 to 12 dollars per hive. Thank you for your update!

You have any witch hazel in your area? The golden rod and asters are all done where I am, but I have witch hazel and the bees have been on that.
