Tall stacks, honey is SO much work, we should get more money for it then we do for how much work it is. I always enjoy seeing other beekeepers set ups, give me a gimps into my future projects. Oh an Old School line, Nice. I actually like crystalized honey, works better in my coffee. It's the type of sugar and particulates that cause the crystallization and yes it can cream naturally it's the same process just crystal size difference. What he mentioned was whipped honey that is when air is actually whipped into the honey and it makes it a bit like foam. All creamed honey is crystalized honey, just with micro sized sugar crystals.

it is not creamed honey it IS crystalized but instead of 1mm or larger crystals they are nano sized. I turn my store bought honey into a paste by taking a teaspoon full of some I already have and mixing it into a mason jar with liquid honey in it, i then put that in the fridge to "cook" for 2 or 3 weeks. The micro miniature crystals I introducced act as seed crystals and when it becomes fully set I can take a teaspoon of it and put it in my coffee and dont have to wait for it to stop dribbling off the spoon.

I don't understand few things but running your honey thru melter going to lower the grade .. honey is selling for around 1.71 a pound wholesale right now melter honey like 35 cents a pound.. that's between him and his customers maybe they like a burnt flavor I know smoked honey is growing in popularity .. I couldn't sell jar of creamed to save my life. Comb honey sells best to other bee keepers and over seas . Still need all that stuff to setup a honey stand get it looking nice. Wax is worth more than the honey candles like morel mushrooms candles sell good in Michigan
