Loved this😍 Just a general tip: As someone who struggles so much with stress and anxiety, I strongly recommend not to multitask. Focus on one task at a time. Like don't check your phone while your having breakfast. Just focus on your breakfast. Focus on your peanut butter taste, your bread, your coffee. Just be in the moment.
