I really enjoyed Fall of the House of X, Duggan is really great a setting up big moments, once Polaris arrived on Nowhere and declared war with an army of Brood by her side I got goosebumps. That's one of Duggan's main strengths, having a character do something grand, just like he did with the terraforming of Mars or with Xavier making the mutants walk through the gates, it really sells how important and powerful a character is in this Universe. Also, this will sound weird but I love the hanging scene with Scot, such a cool use of telekinesis, and the thing is that she was just levitating a guy, we've seen that a lot, but what sold it for me was the scenario, was the context, and of course the narration: "The World drops out from under my feet, but I do not fall" - excellent wordsmithing.

Fall of the House of X #1 was just meh. Hopefully it will get better. Nimrod was Warfed in this issue. I started reading X-Men in 1991. Stopped reading after 'Operation Zero Tolerance'. Started back going to the comic shop every Wednesday to pick up X-Men comics in May of 2021.

I’m way late watching this episode, but I started reading X-Men in about 1974, when the book was still in reprints, and I read the Wein/Cockrum All-New X-Men. I also read Wolverine’s debut in Incredible Hulk 181. I DEMAND my No-Prize!!! EDIT: Okay, I’m NOT the senior viewer! 1967? Hmph!!

One thing about Moira's powers. I don't think it was explicitly stated that when she dies, the universe she was in disappears. Just that she herself is reborn back at her "save point". But what if her new save point is a new universe, and the ones she died in still continue on without her? That way you could still have your 'reset' but have this timeline continue without Moira in it.

Honestly, since Hickman was removed I've lost interest. I like Gillen but after his last Marvel run of great books this all made me think he should stick with indies. And man...stop giving Duggan work. His gems story was hot garbage, and besides his Deadpool run I find him middling at best. This book in no way has the gravitas House/Powers did. It was a very meh. I hold out hope for the Breevort relaunch as a 40 year fan, but besides Ewing on XMen Red I've never been more disappointed in an XMen era. Okay...Chuck Austin was way worse...but you get my point.

I seriously don't get WHY they had to extend the Krakoa era after Hickman. For stories like Judgement Day? These in-between stories had absolutely no effect in the long run. Except for milking the fans of course. And I agree, Hickman is a terrible talent manager.

The entire concept of the House of X/Powers of X was very weak. This entire period of X-Men has been a miserable experiment. This isn't X-Men. None of this is X-Men. A reboot back to the true meaning of X-Men is desperately needed

I loved this relaunch up until inferno where I was very disappointed. Issue 4 when magneto Charles and apocalypse pull up to the table with world leaders and lets them know what time they on was my favorite

Duggan sucks in my opinion, the first couple issues of his x men run were legit, but when he revealed doctor stasis was just a sinister clone I was out. So unbelievably lazy and boring
