As mentioned in the video my save was broken. I couldnt do quests or progress normally So i reset my game but i got lots of fall content planned as i unlock stuff :)

Looks like ill be joining you in restarting!! Several things in my game are messed up & ive decided not to wait for updates to fix them. The scar update fixed some glitches but added new ones for me. So heres to a new start and hopefully not a broken one! Love the designs you do 🖤

Beautiful Nora. I also did a hard reset after the update. I was stuck on Mother Gothels curse, so had no choice. Just note the event is locked until you unlock the dream castle. It was for me anyway.

Absolutely stunning build! Definitely inspiring! I have the hardest time gathering certain items like iron. Takes forever so it’s hard to build some items. Any tips? Again, love your design! 💕

I suggest making sure you always have a mining buddy with you. Iron spawns in forest of valor, glade of trust, more often from my experience. In frosted heights i hardly ever see it 😅 but i check the mining deposts every 10 min to see if theyre ready. Ty!!

Again, so beautiful and inspiring! 😍 Just what I needed to inspire some fall decorating this weekend, which is the only time I can play during the day and that is when I am most inspired to build. Hope they add a feature to disable or toggle real-time for us nighttime players. I am loving the update but a bit on the fence about the indoor lightning; have to see it in daytime. Where did you get the new banners? Oh and did you see that you don’t have to have an item in your inventory to buy it from Scrooge’s catalog? I guess now you just have to “unlock” it for it to show up. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ugh agree with night time. I usually only get night time to play and really focus on building when my kid is asleep. Oh the indoor light? I didnt know this. The new banners are a new craft diy we get! Go to the work bench :) and yeah they fixed the scrooge ordering craft bug? I guess? A bug. ? Idk but i loved that and im sad. Especially since i restarted 😂 And thank you so very much for the love!

So for the trees spawn them and and delete as needed. We talk about this actually in my first DDLV video. Each spawn has the chance for different sized trees @consolecaito also made a video on it !

Really like the build! I rarely ever customize the town in these types of games, but I'm genuinely giving it a shot this time lol. The idea of seasonal/holiday themes is really fun too. While I enjoy biomes, it would be cool to see some other weather effects besides really noisy rain.

Dont worry i had stuff to unlock still AND as mentioned in the video had to reset due to game breaking bugs. I just got the forest and beach unlocked! Im taking my time with quests and enjoying the grind. Ty!

I honestly have no idea how cloud works LOL im such a newbie to it. But i restarted today and i see alot of my star path stuff i earned prior is here🤔 so odd. I know it wont work cross platform(so i heard) and omg i am not ready for halloween period. Time is flying by too fast 💀💀💀i still have a fall animal crossing island to finish!!! Ask for DDV questions. I recommend asking stuff on their discord server. Its my go too for them and we have also a disney dreamlight section in my own discord server which you can find linked in all my videos. I got lots of helpful pals on it!

Just a heads up about the 3 tiered pumpkins, as of today (10/29) you only get one and it cannot be re-crafted or purchased from Scrooge. So it’s just one and that’s it. This applies to all the gifted items from the Halloween Dreamlight Duties. I really hope they change that and make them purchasable or craftable 🙏🏻😭

So i reset and i did cloud save and all my star path rewards and ones i got on the save before i reset are still here 🤔 but no i dont use any of the prior one but i noticed that right away cause i had the incredibles squirrel following me on the tutorial 😂 thank you!

You can add more trees through the furniture tab :) just click and spawn them/delete until you find the desired style under trees!

I play on Switch and I don't like how after the update I can't use the R stick to move around the map anymore. It's like edge scrolling now and I HATE edge scrolling. On another note, how does everyone get these freckles?

I’m playing on the switch & the patches didn’t work for me either! 😭 I got Scar & the new fall items but all my quests are still broken I’m so sad!! My only 3 quests all don’t work cause they require two characters to talk to each other which was supposed to be fixed but it’s still not working 💔

I play on switch and I’m still having almost as many crashes as before. Also, now it says I’ve reached the item limit even tho it clearly says I’ve used 351/600. Do you know any way to fix that? And Prince Eric’s work bench has stopped giving me crafting recipes, which I don’t know if that’s normal?

Report all the bugs in their official discord. I had to reset due to alot of bugs. 😭😭😭 idk about the item limit for switch. I know some people are having bugs and switch right now is a bug disaster. Im on pc and havent had decorating issues.
