I tend to keep my dairy in the main part of the fridge- the door fluctuates in temperature the most since you are opening/closing it so i always find my milk goes bad more quickly when i keep it on the door!

I've always been stressed by raw meat, especially chicken- I used to make it on a pan in my 20's too and switching to baking it in the oven was a game changer. That way you can figure out the temperature and time that typically cooks it through and then put a meat thermometer in it in the end- much less fiddling with it.

What helped me with my sense of style is finding my 3 style words. Alison bornstein’s book “wear it well” was really helpful. Now whenever i’m getting dressed or buying something, it has to fit at least 2 of the 3 words i have. If it doesn’t it usually feels off to me. The way i organized it was: word 1 describes my workhorses (in my case feminine), word 2 is what i would like my wardrobe to be (timeless) and the 3rd one is how do i want to feel (comfortable). I also have a 4th descriptor that I inject every so often (interesting/creative). I’m still figuring out whether these are the exact words I want but it’s helped me have a guide when shopping so i’m not just mindlessly buying items. Hopefully this helps you with your style! I found buying more clothes didn’t actually help me as it was just overwhelming me with more stuff. Working with what I had in the beginning allowed me to figure out what I like and don’t like of pieces or outfits. Also instead of mentally keeping track of my outfits, i just started taking pics and saving them in an album on my phone. So helpful to look back on and see what i like/ dont like! I have a fall/winter and spring/summer folder since the outfits are similar. There’s a few style youtubers i watch as well that were quite helpful. Good luck! It’s been a 3+ year journey for me to find my style, and while i don’t think i have it yet, it’s been slowing getting there ☺️
