My favorites for the winter tunnel Sunangel - upright savoy Auroch - upright flat leaf And Kohlibri Kohlibri really for stability but it becomes harder to harvest later in its cycle even though it won’t bolt as fast as Auroch Sunangel has beautiful spoon like leaves Auroch much more flat but faster and very upright

I actually lost my earliest planting due to the heat. I should have had fall spinach over a month ago.

Kieth, two questions. What variety of lettuce is going in that tunnel alongside the spinach? And have you ever tried growing perpetual spinach? And if so, what are thoughts on it.
