I've fished all over southeast Georgia, my home river being the Ogeechee and a good bit of salt water and if there's anything better than top water redbreast fishin, I have yet to find it. Great work. Love it

From what I'm seeing, the St. Mary's is giving up quality and quantity. What I'm envious of is, the late fall bite. Where I fish the Ogeechee,it's pretty well done with in September, at the very outside.

@GABOYOUTDOORS I fish it basically the same way. The only differences are, I use the Mitchell ultra light spinning reel with 4 to 8lb mono and, I've found that the bullet shaped beetle spin grub,turned backwards, makes the best weight edition for casting that I've found so far. A little pricey but, the Ogeechee averages probably 50 yds wide in my area so, casting from the middle to either bank is no problem at all.

I love catching those big Copper nose Bluegill on a GA BOY bug... I want to order some of the "Big Bugs" so I can cast them a little farther but the smaller bugs keep catching em!
