Wow! Great video. Don't know how I missed it. The scenery looks amazing. Are you using real dirt? If so, how did you filter/prepare it? -Cam

Hello Cam, thank you for showing respect for my work and I would like to give it to you in return. I only use Woodland Scenic materials but I do some paintworks on the surface before I start to layer it with those standard materials. The thing is, that I do not layer the whole surface - there is always a lot of space without any turfs, stones, grasses and something like that. Best regards from Deutschland, Volker

how long and how wide is this scene?
@BNSFUPRailroader7 жыл бұрын
Hello BNSF model railroad, the scenery here is about 2ft wide and 7ft long... But the whole Tehachapi Pass-Project is about 27ft long. Maybe I will show you the whole pass-project within the next days or weeks - the problem is, that my lightsystem above the pass does not work actually... - So I first have to fix that problem before I can make new videos...

since when is their tehahchapi on your layout?
@BNSFUPRailroader7 жыл бұрын
Well, I started to bulid "Tehachapi" by the beginning of 2017... But, there is no loop or something like that! I decided to build three tunnels (#14, #10 and a free lanced style portal) to have a so called "Tehachapi-Pass" on my layout.
