This was well done, Buffyanp--I'm a new fan of Torchwood and John Barrowman too, though I feel as if I'm getting reacquainted with him (I remember him slightly from the '90s series Central Park West). I just read his autobio "Anything Goes" and he seems like a really good guy!

I think the place Torchwood went 'wrong' was it killed off too many characters too quickly. There wasn't enough time between Tosh/Owen and Ianto so it just felt sort of empty when it started again.
