Jung Kook did an amazing job, and brought me to tears the first couple times I heard the song. I have heard, but can't confirm, that Suga was on the piano for this piece. JK harmonized with himself in this. So beautiful. You also sounded great in your version. Thanks so much for reacting to this. Also, he apparently released this yesterday since it was the 2-year anniversary of the last in-person concert BTS performed in front of ARMY (fanbase). That said, there could be a more personal reason to this as well. So heartfelt.

He does but he didn’t for this :) honestly it’s probably better that he didn’t produce it bc we probably never would have heard it lol knowing jungkook and how hard he can be on himself and apprehensive about releasing music so I’m glad that his focus was delivering this song in a way that he did and in a more mature take from jk and I’m so so proud of this man. He says he can’t belt but I know he def can and have heard it before… and honestly he somehow brought this song and the emotions out even more than Harry did for me even though it’s his song. I love Harry’s and it’s such a pretty song … but jungkook made me cry bc of his delivery and he really does something special that only he can. Fucking love him !!

I have listened to this song all day. But I have questions that I think you could answer. Is there an award for the best cover song? If so, he would win. In the song is he singing his own harmonies? Or whatever that sound is when it sounds like 2 people are singing at the same time. You had a similar question...but mine was who produced this song for JK? Anyone know? Did he produce it himself?? Here is what I would have liked added to the song...the line where he hits that elongated note...I wish that verse was repeated twice. I think it would have been so impactful!?! To end on that high note. Maybe? Here is my opinion. I think it's the best song of the year. So again I ask, can you win an award for the best cover song? Also, when BTS ends...a long time from now...I think JK could be the number one male soloist in the world! His lower register voice is "Killer"!!!! I want more of this. This is so eerily beautiful song rendition of JK. I’ve watched the original right after listening to Jk just for comparison . Harry’s MV was good , but sorry JK’s version was extremely way better. JK poured his heat and soul while singing. You can actually feel the pains, his anguish, his doubts, his troubles and his regrets. He is indeed a n emotional singer. He envokes such a powerful feelings from his listeners when he sings. He is making a connection….
