What I admire about Fred, like Will Forte, is how they were late bloomers, and found success post SNL in their 40’s. Fred was already 45 when Portlandia premiered.

I thought the same thing. Jimmy's " interviewing "style" is just a bunch of blurting out words like "yeah, amazing, aww the best, yeah..." followed by a nervous, fake laugh for no reason. It's frustrating to watch sometimes.
