I just have to tell you all how freaking cool this is. I worked for an airline, at exactly this time Pete was talking about meeting Jimmy. He called in to book a flight and we chatted for much longer than my supervisor’s would’ve liked. He told me to turn on the Tonight Show the next day because he was going to be on. I have followed his career ever since. I live in Utah and he came through last year and we got to finally meet after online corresponding for almost a decade. Pete is a genuine dude. The guy you see on here is the guy he is. I love him. This is awesome.

I've cried from laughing too hard, but this time I was tearing up listening to Pete tell us about his home being burnt to the ground, only to start laughing at his jokes before I even had time to wipe my eyes. It was a 0 to 60 moment. I thought Pete Lee was great the first time I saw him on The Tonight Show and have followed him ever since. Not like a stalker, just on KZbin.

Just watched this episode on TV here in Ireland. My heart goes out to all of california who lost their homes..so sad and tragic. Hearts breaking for everyone in Palisades, Malibu and Altadena; and guys- it’s so true, a small percentage of home owners there were wealthy; some inherited homes, some put their small life savings into owning a modest house, like please don’t stigmatise these (former) home owners for their location, no one deserves this scope of devastation & loss.
