Hi! My name is Bill Bounce and this is my experience of Fallout 1.
I'll explain and recap the story/plot and the ending of Fallout 1 in a nutshell, but the Vault dweller has low intelligence. Enjoy!

I'll be honest, when I played Fallout 1 and 2 with low int, I really hated how badly everyone trated my character, even when they were trying to help. The rare characters that treated you well, like Hakunin and that one officer in Navarro were such a breath of fresh air, however

So true! I enjoyed a low int run in Fallout 2 more, at least I didn’t want to kill everybody around and even made a few friends like with that guy Torr in Klamath. And at the same time I felt Fallout 2 is such a comical roller coaster like a fever dream, I remember how I made one guy’s head explode because I was drooling over every his word 😂

It's like individuals of equal intelligence have a telepathic connection...like torr and your character. No one else can understand torr. In a way, intelligence might be the ability to express ideas in multiple ways...lower intelligence just means fewer ways of expressing ideas.

This is exactly like kid Goku back in the day I remember that episode when he was going down into hell to save a princess when some giant demon guard told him he couldn't enter without permission. Little Goku looked dead serious into his eyes and with zero irony told him he didn't know who this permission guy was, but he'd beat his ass too if he didn't let him in.

not really that deep. If they had different dialogue depending on you have 0 in guns or 100 in sneak...it only seems to do low intelligence and maybe luck? There really isn't that much dialogue around peoples stats so really, no its not that deep. Now the newer games, yes they are deep as the ocean, but this was deep as a puddle. fallout 4 has 200,000 lines of dialogue, compared to fallout 1....I would say less than 30,000, it really is much less cool than you think

Thanks a lot! Agree, the guy has no friends, let alone nobody even to speak with, so when somebody invites him to their group and treats like a person, of course he agrees without a second thought. Also I think a character like that who could manage to survive hell and find the Master could be one of the strongest super mutants, considering their experience
