I don't think that's a mod isn't that just how the creation club modular backpack looks as default? You can either have straps on it or no straps

Ps4 and ps5 mods are the same no difference between them besides the fact that a mod author may make mods that run better on ps5 or update the mods to take advantage of the ps5 capabilities
